1. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s) for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must not be a final sale or customized item (such as personalized electronics or products made to order).
Please contact our customer service team at info@royaldogwear.com to initiate a return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping and you return the item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Restocking fees may apply for certain products, depending on the condition and packaging upon return.
- Refunds will not be processed for items that are used, damaged, or returned beyond the 30-day period.
3. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will offer you an exchange for the same item or a similar one, based on availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@royaldogwear.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Exchanges for non-defective items are subject to availability. Please note that the original item must be returned first before we can send out a replacement.
4. Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Customized products (e.g., engraved or personalized items).
- Gift cards.
- Products marked as final sale.

5. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@royaldogwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason for the return.
- Ship Your Item: We will provide you with the return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange request. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or send out the replacement item as soon as possible.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either offer a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide us with photos of the damage or defect for a quicker resolution.
